Each Pearl Boy necklace is created in small batches and thoughtfully crafted to become part of your story. For this reason, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns.

Should your piece arrive damaged, we will gladly arrange an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pearlboyjewelry@gmail.com, including your order number and photographs of the item. Once reviewed, we will guide you through the exchange process.
